ABOUT Jill Everett

Master trainer Jill Everett has been teaching for 22 years in London and New York City, working with clients of all ages and abilities. 

Jill is a Certified Pilates Teacher, Classical and Contemporary, Apparatus and Matwork, and will create a customised program for you that challenges and delivers results.The studio is equipped with Basil classical studio equipment, made by renowned Pilates Designs by Basil studio, still hand crafted  in the workshops of Queens, NY to the original specifications of Joe Pilates.

Jill is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and enjoys teaching students the unlimited joys of a beautiful Yoga practice. Yoga Basics for Beginners, Hatha Yoga Energy Flows, Anusara Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Yoga Nidra Deepest Relaxation, Gong Bath and Crystal Bowls sessions, Meditation, Womens Yoga for Pre-Pregnancy and Pregnancy, and Mums and Babies Post-Natal Yoga , Menopause/Hormonal Balancing Yoga  and more.

Learn the amazing power of The Feldenkrais Method with Jill, an Accredited Awareness Through Movement Practitioner. It's a much deeper level of Physical Therapy, reorganising the body through heightened awareness and small movements, to drop habitual movement patterns that do not serve us well, and  instead establish new neural pathways to facilitate pain-free movements with ease. Learning to learn. Helen Mirren and many other actors and musicians have been using The Feldenkrais Method for years to get the most out of their bodies, enhance all that they do and heal injuries. 

Jill is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, offering you a great cross training experience including Strength and Conditioning, Functional Exercise, Weight Training, HIIT, Circuits, Sculpt Strong,  and Cardio Drills too. 

Jill is a  Certified Vegan Nutritionist and Health Coach and has followed a Macrobiotic and  Vegan Diet for 40 years. With Nutritional guidance, you can enjoy delicious nutrient dense foods and herbs, healing your body and mind and feeling lighter, stronger  and more energised than ever following Traditional Eating, Real Food meal plans.
