About the Event
As a group you will learn some vegan food prep basics, and then work together to prepare 3 healthy,delicious and quick weeknight meals! Each meal is prepared in under 30 minutes!
- small group of 9
- no cooking experience required, all equipment and food ingredients supplied.
- Learn to create delicious, simple ,nutrient dense dishes quickly....create new recipes, learn how to avoid common mistakes of new vegan chefs, learn Raw Vegan and Cooked Vegan recipes. Explore what kitchen equipment is crusial to Vegan Raw and cooked dishes. Cook with the seasons.
